We accept refund and return requests within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products cannot be returned once opened or used (e.g. beds, grooming items, toys, and feeding accessories).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
